Directions from Tulsa: Travel north on highway 169 to Collinsville exit (do not exit) from that point go another 3.6 miles to road 4060, turn left on to 4060 and go 4.3 miles to road 380, turn left on to 380 and the farm is the first house on the right. Just drive to the back door of the main house. Please call before driving to the farm to make sure that I am here and that I have what you request. Newest addition to the cheese list is Manchego. With a basket weave pattern as made in Spain.

Manchego Fresco is aged for 5 days or less; Manchego Curado is aged for 3-12 weeks;

Manchego Viejo is aged for 3-12 months.
